1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Alignd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account using your email address or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
If you sign in with Google, you authorise us to access your basic profile information (name, email, and profile photo) to create your account. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
3. Hosting Circles
As a host, you are responsible for the accuracy of your circle listings, ensuring a safe environment for attendees, and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations. Alignd is a platform connecting hosts and attendees and is not responsible for the conduct of either party.
4. Booking & Cancellation
When you book a circle, you agree to attend or cancel in advance. Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts. Refunds for paid circles are subject to the host's cancellation policy.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use Alignd for any unlawful purpose, harass or harm other users, post misleading or fraudulent content, or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you post on Alignd. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute it in connection with operating the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Alignd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including your profile, bookings, notifications, and any circles you host.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Alignd after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
